Planned Parenthood works to protect and expand access to sexual and reproductive health care and education.

As a product manager, I worked on the full-scale rebuild/redesign of PlannedParenthood.org and PlannedParenthoodAction.org. As part of this work, we built a custom Content Management System on top of Django CMS.

Through tech & SEO improvements, my team doubled traffic to 16 million monthly visitors on PlannedParenthood.org. We also reduced page load time by 27%.

I established a cross-functional product squad that boosted patient appointment bookings by 9% through data-driven experiments.

Research and experimentation were at the heart of my team’s work, including regular usability testing, comprehensive data analytics, and robust A/B testing.
